Where do you ship?

 

We'll ship almost anywhere in the world! Keep in mind that there are shipping disruptions from the US to certain countries, so please check this link for more info:

Non-US customers are liable for any taxes/duties upon receiving your order. Please look up the guidelines for international shipments entering your country for more information. 

How do I return an item?

 

Please refer to the section below on this page for specific instructions on returns and exchanges.

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

 

We will ship your order within 2-3 days of receiving it. If you bought an item during a preorder period, please refer to the specific listing for shipping timeframes. We will notify you of your package shipment via email.

How do I track my order?

 

We will notify you by email when your package ships, and a tracking number will be provided there. 

What if I need to cancel my order?

 

Unfortunately we are not able to cancel orders that have already been placed. Please wait to receive your items, and then initiate the return process specified below. 

How often do you get new products?

 

We're so excited to bring you as many new styles as possible! Please sign up for our email list, check the website for new releases, or follow us on social media to see what's coming next!

RETURNS/Exchanges

If your piece does not fit or isn't what you expected, no problem. Please email us at support@spinnerscourt.com within 7 days of receiving your item so we are able to initiate the return process. Include your name, order number, and reason for return. We will only accept unworn pieces in original condition. If the return is postmarked after 14 days of customer receipt, it is not eligible for return.  Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, please indicate in your email which size you'd like instead. Please keep in mind that we have a limited amount of stock, so we may not be able to guarantee that we can provide you with a different size. We suggest you carefully review the size chart and photographs of the item to be able to make the best selection for yourself. Please check with us if we have your desired size in stock before returning your item.

If your item is damaged or pieces are missing, or if you received an incorrect order, contact us within 7 days so we can make it right! Email us at support@spinnerscourt.com with your name and order number to let us know what happened. 

Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned. 

Returns will take 10-14 days to process.
